Terms of Service

Last updated: July 14, 2026

These terms keep things fair on both sides. By creating a Sayfolk account you agree to them. If anything here is unclear, ask us at support@sayfolk.com before relying on it.

The service

Sayfolk is a task-agent workspace: you describe tasks in plain language and the service organises them, schedules email reminders, and keeps your board current. Sayfolk is currently in private beta — features may change, break, or be removed as we build, and access requires an invite.

Beta pricing

During the beta, all plans — including Plus and Pro features — are free. The prices shown on our site are the intended launch prices. We will never start charging you silently: paid billing begins only at public launch, with advance notice, and requires you to explicitly add a payment method. If you do nothing, your account simply moves to the Free plan.

Your content

Your tasks, messages, and workspace data belong to you. You grant us only the permission needed to store and process them so the service works. You can delete your data by requesting account deactivation in Settings. During private beta, permanent deletion is handled through support after a 30-day recovery period.

Acceptable use

Don't use Sayfolk to send spam, break the law, probe or overload the service, or store content you have no right to store. We may suspend accounts that do. Reminder emails go only to the account that created them.

Reviews

If you submit a review in the app and tick the consent box, you allow us to display your quote, first name, and role on our website. You can withdraw consent any time by emailing support, and we'll take the quote down.

Reliability, honestly stated

We work hard to make reminders dependable, but Sayfolk is beta software provided “as is”, without warranties. Don't make it the only safeguard for anything critical — medical, legal, or financial deadlines included. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months (during the beta: nothing).

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. For meaningful changes we'll email account holders before they take effect. Continuing to use Sayfolk after that means you accept the update.
